17 at 7 Parental Escort Policy
La Palmera appeals to many patrons, including teenagers.
In an effort to preserve and maintain the pleasant and enjoyable shopping/dining experience at La Palmera for everyone, we aks that those under the age of 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 7 p.m. while in La Palmera's public areas. This "17 at 7" policy. which is standard at all Trademark Property developments, does not apply to those who may be dining in a restaurant or working or shopping in one of its stores.
After 7 p.m., La Palmera security officers may request ID from individuals found in La Palmera's public spaces who appear to be under 17 and without parental supervision. Those unable to produce proof of age will be asked to leave the property until they can return with proper ID or be escorted to a phone to call and make transportation arrangements. Unescorted children will be required to remain with La Palmera personnel until their transportation has arrived.
This policy The enforcement of this policy will be dictated by individual or group behavior. Patrons who choose to be disruptive, rude, or unresponsive to our requests will be asked to leave the premises. The policy does not give our security team the authority to approach individuals or groups of young patrons after 7 p.m. simply due to age. Everyone deserves our respect and will be given the opportunity to remain as long as their conduct meets our expectations. |
